Return Policy for items carried in the Florida Shores Truck Center Online Store
(does not apply to vehicles, trailers, storage containers, used parts or any
item(s) specifically noted as exceptions on the website).
- All Return and Replacement issues will be handled with Florida Shores
Truck Center, (386) 428-0841. Do not call the manufacturer.
- All Returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Florida
Shores Truck Center, call (386) 428-0841.
- No returns after 30 days from date of order.
- Refused deliveries will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns of defective items, with Return Authorization Number, will be
replaced with non-defective items only. Customer pays return shipping. No claims for labor will be
honored.
- No returns of any items which have been modified or manufactured to a specific customer's needs.
- For all Florida Shores Truck Center Online Store items
- There is a 30 day no-damage return in original shipping container(s)
with a 20% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping costs.
- No returns after 30 days.
- For wrong items shipped in error,the company's (Florida Shores Truck
Center) liability is limited to the original purchase price paid for the item. Claims for labor
will not be honored.
